Every child in school looks forward to lunchtime and is thrilled to open the lunch box and find tasty food. Opening the tiffin and seeing their favourite food gives smile to every face.
Therefore I have curated some delectable, colourful and mouth-watering lunch box food ideas.
1. Pineapple Fried Rice
This tasty Pineapple fried rice is crunchy, colourful, little sweet and tangy, your kid will love this in the lunch box.
Recipe:
Jasmine rice, colourful vegetables, and sweet, juicy pineapple chunks are all combined in a savoury, slightly sweet Thai fried rice sauce.
2. Creamy Pasta
Garlic Pasta Is Quick And Easy To Make, And It’s Packed With Flavor, your kid will surely love pasta in the lunch box.
Recipe:
Melt butter in a medium sauce pan while pasta is cooking, then add garlic and fry for 1 minute over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, for another minute after adding the flour. Stir in the milk and broth continually. Cook until the sauce thickens and boils. Season with salt and pepper and parsley and parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese is completely melted. Add pasta of your choice.

As maggie or noodles are not allowed in the school lunch box, this is a healthier and tastier option and kids love it in their lunch box.
Recipe:
In a refined oil, add thin vermicelli. Toss in mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, green chilies (cut lengthwise), curry leaves, onion, beans, carrots, fresh peas, tomato puree, turmeric powder, salt, and peanuts. It’s all set to eat.

Recipe:
Take whole wheat bread add some butter and mayonnaise and add a thin slice of cucumber and tomatoes or any vegetable of your choice. It will be creamy with mayonnaise and add a pinch of salt and black pepper powder.

Fried mustard seeds, urad dal (black gramme), chana dal, chilies (hot green peppers), herbs, and spices are all used in the preparation of lemon rice. Recipe:
To begin, heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan. After the mustard seeds have spluttered, add the green chile and onions, chopped.
Cook the onions until they are golden brown, then add the chopped tomatoes, salt to taste, and continue to cook until the tomatoes are soft.
Cook for a minute with chopped coriander leaves, red chilli powder, and ketchup mix. Stir in a tsp of sugar. Then add the bread slices that have been diced. Mix everything together thoroughly, top with additional coriander
8. Besan Chilla

Besan Chilla is a savoury Indian pancake cooked with gramme flour (besan), aromatics, and tomatoes. To make it super healthier, add your favourite grated vegetables to the batter.

Recipe:
Combine the besan, ajwain, and salt in a large mixing dish. Then add the chopped onion, grated carrot, cilantro, green pepper, ginger, and green chilli. Begin gradually adding water while whisking constantly to make a thick batter with a pouring consistency.
On medium heat, heat an iron skillet or tawa. Take a ladle full of batter and pour it onto the heated tawa once the pan is hot. To spread the batter on the tawa, move the ladle in a circular motion. Remove it from the tawa once both sides are completed.
